Welcome to Cozy & Clever. By accessing our store at smartysaishop.myshopify.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products and pricing
We work hard to describe every product accurately, including features, compatibility, and what’s in the box. Product images are for illustration. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. Promotional discounts apply automatically and can’t be combined unless stated.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after charging you, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You represent that you’re authorized to use your chosen payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
Shipping
Shipping times, tracking, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates — delays outside our control don’t entitle you to cancel an order already shipped, though our refund policy still applies to lost or damaged items.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Warranty
Every Cozy & Clever device includes a 1-year warranty against hardware defects, as described on each product page. This warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear.
Intellectual property
All store content — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Cozy & Clever and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and branding belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cozy & Clever isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or store. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
