Every order from Cozy & Clever ships with door-to-door tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Delivery time

Typical delivery to the US is about 1–3 weeks after your order ships, and we’ll email your tracking number when it ships. Delivery estimates are estimates — weather, holidays, and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping is free on all orders, with tracking included.

Where we ship from

Free US shipping on every order. Most items ship from a warehouse in China via our fulfillment partner. Typical delivery is about 1–3 weeks, and we’ll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars.

Lost or damaged orders

If your tracking shows a delivery you didn’t receive, or your order arrives damaged, email us at smartysaiglasses@gmail.com within 14 days and we’ll make it right under our Refund Policy.
